Relaxing on the beaches around lower Myanmar.
After breakfast, transfer to airport for fly to Myeik, Myeik is one of the biggest fishing towns in Myanmar. Visit to Paw Daw Mu Pagoda and Myeik’s Shwedagon Pagoda then visit Pearl Product, Myeik’s products business shop, crab and dry fish business, Bird net product, A family owned cashew nut business and visit Shwe Tharlyaung Pagoda, after a long day and many impressions it is time to spend a quit sun set with a 180 panoramic view over Myeik and the islands either from the Thein Daw Gyi Pagoda. After that back to hotel and Overnight at Hotel in Myeik.
After breakfast, Our Guide will pick you up during 7:30 am-8:00 am at your Hotel lobby after having your Breakfast. Depart from Seik Nge Jetty about 8:10 am. Along your way, you can enjoy the scenery of Mergui Archipelago.
1. Frist, we will arrive at Dome Waterfall where has on the Dome Island.
2. Second, we will continue to the Dome Nyaung Mine Village. We will have our lunch and explore about the ethnic of groups on that Dome Island.
3. Third, we will go to Smart Island where we can feel the nature of pristine island. We can do swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling the beautiful corals and colorful fishes and taking capture of our groups. Then we will come back to Myeik about 5 pm. overnight at hotel in Myeik.
After breakfast, we leave for Dawei by land(4-5 hrs drive) 230 kilometers. Our driver takes clients through tiny villages. We will stop every now and then to discover the daily lives of the rural community, way of living & culture. Dawei is the capital of Tanintharyi division in the south of the Myanmar, formerly known as Tavoy. Dawei was one of the first cities, where the English settled after the 1st Anglo-Burmese in 1826. As a result the town has a long lasting history and picturesque buildings from the colonial times.
Check into your hotel for refreshments. After that visit Shin Koe Shin Pagoda. Back to hotel and overnight at hotel in Dawei.
After breakfast, we will have a look around to get a picture of Dawei’s daily life and famous sights. A family owned cashew nut business with its ever smiling workers will show us how much work it is to peel one nut. How people can make a living in Dawei is the question we will ask on the way to San Maria Beach.
Most of the farming nowadays is rubber plantation. How the white rubber sheets are made we will show you at one of the uncountable plantations. Beside the rubber trees there is another big industry, dried fish. How long fish has to lie in the sun we can find out at one of the fishing villages. Everywhere in Tanintharyi Division you can find beetle nut trees. They even export the beetle nuts to India.
Then visit to Myaw Yit Pagoda, connected by a bridge with the main land. Afterwards we are going for a swim or simple stroll along San Maria Beach. Be not surprised if you are the only one for the day at the beach as mass tourism is still far away.
On the way back we can stop at hot springs to wash the salt of. It is been said, that the 60 C hot waters have healing powers.
In the late afternoon we reach the well-known Maung Ma Gan Beach. Enjoy the relaxed and uncrowded beach atmosphere with a sun downer. Return to your hotel after a fabulous sunset. Overnight at hotel in Dawei.
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport for flight back to Yangon.
